Wysokość opłat za odpady
Metoda ustalenia opłaty za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi została określona w § 1 uchwały Nr XXX/474/2020 Rady Miasta Kalisza z dnia 26 listopada 2020 r. Oplata jest naliczana jako iloczyn liczby mieszkańców zamieszkujących daną nieruchomość i stawki opłaty i jest ponoszona co miesiąc.
Obowiązujące stawki opłat
Stawka opłaty wynosi 29 zł /osobę dla nieruchomości zabudowanych budynkami mieszkalnymi wielolokalowymi. W związku z tym, że obecnie istnieje obowiązek segregacji odpadów, nie ma możliwości zadeklarowania nieselektywnego zbierania odpadów. Jeżeli jednak zostanie stwierdzony fakt, że właściciel nie wypełnia tego obowiązku to zostanie naliczona opłata w wysokości 58 zł (dla nieruchomości zabudowanych budynkami mieszkalnymi wielolokalowymi).
Właścicielowi nieruchomości przysługuje jedno ze zwolnień :
- w części dotyczącej gospodarstw domowych, w których dochód nie przekracza kwoty uprawniającej do świadczeń pieniężnych z pomocy społecznej, o której mowa w art. 8 ust. 1 lub 2 ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej, lub
- w części dotyczącej gospodarstw domowych, na których zamieszkują rodziny wielodzietne, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 5 grudnia 2014 r. o Karcie Dużej Rodziny.
